Shrimp Ala Katrin

 1 lb Raw shrimpI used 26/30
 Olive oil
 1 Large Onion Chopped
 5 Cloves garlicMinced
 4 Large tomatoesChopped
 30 Leaves of basilChopped
 Salt and pepper To taste

Prep all of the vegetables, peel & clean the shrimp, set aside.

Heat a circle or two of olive oil in a medium pan.

Add Shrimp, onions and garlic, sauté until onions are transparent and shrimp is pink.

Add tomatoes and cook until all has formed a sauce. Add basil , stir and serve over pasta or rice.
