Ranger Cookies

 1 cup Butter flavored shortening
 ½ cup Butter
 1 cup Sugar
 1 cup Brown sugarPacked
 2 Eggs
 1 tsp Vanilla
 2 cups Flour
 1 tsp Baking soda
 ½ tsp Baking powder
 ½ tsp Salt
 2 cups Rolled oats
 2 cups Crispy Rice
 1 cup Shredded Coconut

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream shortening, butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in the oats, cereal and coconut.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 7-9 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove to wire racks.
