
Cook at least 6 pieces of bacon and chop into small pieces. Boil one pound of pasta according to the directions on the package.
Make the Alfredo In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add in flour, and whisk until combined. Slowly add in chicken broth, whisking to combine. Once sauce is thickened, add in cream and whisk. Lastly, slowly add in grated parm, continuing to whisk, sprinkle in nutmeg. Taste and adjust seasonings.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. Pour the cooked pasta into the bottom of the baking dish.
Add 1 Ib of cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, and seasonings. Add the chopped sun dried tomatoes. Add some of the mozzarella cheese and some of the bacon and stir everything together well.
Top with a little bit more cheese and crumbled bacon. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 15-20 minutes. Top with some dried parsley and Parmesan cheese.
