Place Mayo, sour cream, mustard, dill weed and salt and pepper. Mix together.
Fold in chicken, celery, green onion, green apple and grapes.
Chill in refrigerator for at least an hour.
Serve chicken salad on a croissant or open faced on some sliced artisan bread. Great with lettuce and a fresh sliced tomato.
