California Chicken Sandwich

 2 Boneless skinless chicken breaststhinly filleted into 4 equal size pieces
 4 tbsp your favorite seasoning(we like Spice Hunter Deliciously Dill Blend)
 4 ciabatta rollssliced open
 2 tbsp Butter Room temperature
 8 Strips of baconCooked
 4 Slices of havarti(or cheese of your choice)
 4 Leaves of lettuce Separated, washed and dried
 4 Slices of tomato
 12 Dill pickle chips
 Mustard
 ½ Avocado Thinly sliced

Season both sides of prepped chicken, set aside. Butter cut ciabatta rolls. Prepare the rest of the ingredients, set aside.

On a medium high grill, grill chicken until temperature reaches 160°-170°, flipping once.
Top, with cheese and allow to melt.
Place ciabatta rolls, cut sides down on grill. Once lightly toasted, remove and set aside for assembly.

Place chicken on toasted ciabatta rolls, add mustard, lettuce, pickles, tomato, avocado and bacon. Place Lid of the roll on top and enjoy.

Sandwiches can be served with french fries, or a freshly made pasta salad.

Some toppings can be omitted, and it still makes a great sandwich. Make it your own.
