Buffalo Chicken Wrap

 4 Spinach Wrap
 1 CucumberPeeled, seeded and julienned
 1 Large carrotPeeled and julienned
 1 TomatoDiced
 ¼ Head lettuceShredded
 Buffalo sauceTo taste
 4 oz Blue cheeseCrumbled

In a hot pan, cook the shaved chicken, until fully cooked (check temp to 160F)

Steam the wrap to soften the tortilla. Place the Buffalo chicken on the wrap, sprinkle the Buffalo sauce to your liking. Top with carrots, cucumber, lettuce and tomatoes.

Tightly wrap the sandwich up, starting with both side in the fold up in half and tightly roll. Slice the wrap in half.
